Liew Wenzheng, exactly the same as the Taiwanese superstar, who can forget his name! Wenzheng is a mature and trustworthy agent. He understands my requirements of the tenants and the prospective tenants that he brings for viewings meet the requirements. Taking into account the current sluggish rental market, he will still bring prospective tenants for viewings at least once or twice a week, that's proof of how hardworking he is. He is very knowledgeable about his work and all the rules and regulations of the property market. I will recommend him to friends and families for housing matters, without any hesitation. Wen Zheng was attentive to the requirements of the client, and executed them as instructed. He also managed to accommodate all the viewings in a tight timeline, which was impressive! An agent who is very clear on the polices surrounding unit rentals, he also gives sound advice and settles everything on the backend. The kind of agent who gives you minimal fuss. Lastly, he managed to source a price for the unit which was much higher than what the clients expected, which was a pleasant surprise!
